Siegfried has been providing quality survey services for more than 50 years. We strive to meet the needs of our clients by using cutting edge equipment and training our staff to use the equipment effectively. Using Global Positioning System (GPS) equipment, we can perform surveying tasks quickly and with a high degree of accuracy. Siegfried recognizes that technology is important, but it is no replacement for experience. Experienced staff are able to easily determine what equipment to use and can work efficiently with one-person, two-person, or three-person crews. 2008 Army Corps Levee Erosion Site Project

Siegfried has provided primarily surveying and project consultation for the 20 erosion sites and 4 bridge sites located from Rio Vista to Chico. The land and bathymetric data was gathered by our team and transformed into a 3D model and topographic survey which will be used for the modeling and design efforts.

City of Stockton Control Network

Under contract to the City of Stockton, Siegfried was the lead team member to complete a control densification survey. Approximately 250 control points were established in 1993 and 1994 by static GPS observations and 2nd order traversing techniques. This control network is the basis for the City wide GIS system and the required geodetic tie in for all Parcel and Subdivision maps.
