The De Carli Square project was a pleasure to work on for us. The site prior to the project was a dilapidated old parking lot that was built over the waterfront channel head. The parking lot was sinking as the wood piers rotted away. Siegfried helped transform the eyesore into a beautiful waterfront attraction in the heart of downtown Stockton. We provided the seawall structural engineering as well as all the Civil Engineering and Surveying services.
