This commercial and industrial development project was a local jump start to the valley industry. The 360 acre development is a rail served master planned development that takes advantage of complex storm detention and water quality measures. The park is currently still being constructed as major distribution centers like Simpson Strong Ties and BMW move into the park or expand their facilities.
