Tracy Logistics Center

This project included a master planned 150 acre development situated in Tracy's North East Industrial Park. The project included constructing new four-lane arterials, widening Grant Line and Chrisman Roads, and studying and re-routing a complex system of tile drains. The design also involved a 32 acre retention basin. During the planning of the project, the storm infrastructure was studied and it was determined that the mains that were designed will discharge into Sugar Cut which is adjacent to the property.
