Siegfried provided civil engineering, surveying, and landscape architectural services to a private developer for a new retail business center located adjacent to Interstate 205 in Tracy, CA. Siegfried provided topographic surveying, mapping, on-site improvements, site planning, off-site improvements including a road widening, and a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) for the construction phase.
