The Sanctuary

Siegfried provided master planning services for the future 2,000 acre Sanctuary development located in Stockton, CA. The new development will provide approximately 7,000 residential units, 415,000 SF of retail, a hotel, lakes, marina, religious facilities, parks, and extensive recreational open space. Siegfried also created a color exhibit and conceptual design for the Hammer Lane entry into the new development. The Siegfried team designed the housing and street layouts for the different parcels within Phase I for the tentative map phase of the project.
