Stockton Storm Drainage Maintenance District 2005-1

Siegfried prepares the Annual Engineer's Report for the Consolidated Storm Drainage Maintenance Assessment District No. 2005-1. Services include amending the Assessment Diagrams, Criteria, and Roll, confirming Proposition 218 compliance, presenting to City Staff and City Council, submitting to the County Auditor for inclusion on property tax bills, and preparing schedule of parcels to be hand-billed. For the 2009-2010 tax year, the Annual Engineer's Report contained 15 active zones and sub-zones with approximately 6,200 parcels, and we had no parcel kick-backs through our processing procedure.
