Siegfried provided civil engineering and structural engineering service to the City of Stockton for the design of the Weber Point, North Bank, and South Bank Seawalls. Siegfried had to obtain all jurisdiction approvals including the Department of Boating and Waterways (DBAW), United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Department of Water Resources (DWR), Storm Water Quality Control Board (SWQCB), and the Department of Fish and Game (DFG). The new seawalls enabled the City to develop Weber Point Park, the Waterfront Promenade, Stockton Thunder Hockey Arena, Stockton Ports Baseball Field, and many other infill projects along the downtown waterfront.
