Stockton Five Storm Basin Maintenance Districts

Since 1997, Siegfried has prepared the Annual Engineer's Report for the City of Stockton's five Storm Basin Maintenance Districts including amending the Assessment Diagrams, Criteria, and Roll, confirming Proposition 218 compliance, presenting to City Staff and City Council, and submitting to the City Finance Department for billing. There are approximately 500 parcels among the five zones, and we had no parcel kick-backs through our processing procedure.
