Stockton Consolidated Landscape Maintenance District

Siegfried initially prepared the Annual Engineer's Report in 1996 to consolidate the City's existing six zones into the current consolidated district. Since 1996, Siegfried has prepared the Annual Engineer's Report for the Consolidated Landscape Maintenance District No. 96-2 including amending the Assessment Diagrams, Criteria, and Roll, confirming Proposition 218 compliance, presenting to City Staff and City Council, submitting to the County Auditor for inclusion on property tax bills, and preparing a schedule of parcels to be hand-billed. For the 2010-2011 tax year, the Annual Engineer's Report will contain 27 active zones and sub-zones with approximately 30,000 parcels, and we had no parcel kick-backs through our processing procedure.
