Siegfried provided structural engineering services for support of roof mounted solar energy panels on a commercial building in downtown San Diego, CA. Services included evaluation of the roof framing, supports, and decking system for the addition of new solar panel equipment loads on the building. In addition, Siegfried's structural engineering team evaluated the equipment anchorage requirements for resisting both seismic and wind loads.
