Siegfried provided structural engineering, civil engineering, and surveying services for the design of levee, flood wall, and bridge improvements for the Bear Creek, Mosher Creek, South Paddy Creek, and Little Bear Creek in San Joaquin County, totaling over 10 miles of waterways. Services included the design of structural modifications for six bridges to accommodate flood protection measures and one new bridge across the upper reaches of Mosher Creek.
