Regents Gate Development Parks

Siegfried, working for a private residential developer in the Stockton area, designed the tentative map and residential subdivision master plan for the Regents Gate subdivision. Working with the developer, Siegfried formulated a plan that met all requirements for open space. Project design elements included two small community parks with pedestrian and bicycle walkways, large grass areas, shade structures, children's play equipment, and community furniture such as benches and trash cans. In addition, Siegfried designed multiple pathways and landscaped corridors that run through the development for increased opens space and a more natural feel for the new community.
