Reclamation District 2074

Siegfried annually prepares the Assessment Roll, Criteria for Determining Assessments, and the Operating Budget for Reclamation District 2074. Services include confirming parcel data, submitting to the County Auditor for inclusion on property tax bills, and preparing the schedule of parcels to be hand-billed. There are approximately 4,400 parcels within the District which includes a golf course, residential neighborhoods, and multiple shopping centers and restaurants.
