Palo Alto Emergency Wells and Eleanor Pardee Park

Siegfried was retained by the City of Palo Alto to prepare the bridging documents (30% PS&E) for the design-build emergency water wells project. The project consists of installing two new water wells in public parks within the City of Palo Alto. Siegfried was tasked with surveying the project sites, managing Kleinfelder though the test hole drilling and hydrogeologic report preparation, permitting with the Department of Public Health, preparation of the design-build RFQ, RFP, Risk Management Plan, and the preparation of the 30% PS&E. Siegfried's Landscape Designer also prepared the layout design of Pardee Park which is adjacent to the well site.
