Siegfried provided civil engineering, landscape architecture, and surveying services for both the on-site and off-site improvement plans for the Design/Build Fire Station No. 93 located in the city of Oakley, CA. The 9,000 SF fire station, which sits on 1.5 acres, includes a three-bay apparatus area, 3,000 SF of dorms, kitchen, restrooms and office areas, and approximately 1,500 SF of training and emergency operations areas. The fire station is considered an "essential services facility" as defined in the California Building Code and includes on-site and above-ground fueling support, generator support for the entire building and site, plus an uninterrupted power supply for critical components of the operation.
