Mountain House Community Service District and Annual Assessments

Siegfried, as Assessment District Engineer, prepares the Annual Engineer's Report for four Special Tax Areas including performing the necessary assessment segregations as a result of the creation of new parcels, determination of the appropriate cost of living adjustment factors, identification of any annexed zones, and calculation of the tax rate for the areas within the Community Services District. There are approximately 3,000 parcels in each of the 4 tax zones.
