Siegfried was responsible for master planning and construction documents for a 14 acre park site and preparing construction phase boundaries based upon available City funds and timelines. The first phase of construction for the park was six acres consisting of a 78 stall parking lot, two play structures, shade structures, large overhead shelter, two tennis courts with lighting, basketball court, and a full park with pathway lighting. Phases two and three included two baseball diamonds with sports field lighting and two full sized soccer fields.
