ECS Refining

Siegfried is providing civil engineering, surveying, and structural engineering services for ECS Refining which is an industrial electronics recycling facility. ECS, which has taken over the existing Kyoho Machine Works building, is consulting with Siegfried because of our previous work on the site and the existing building. Working with the Client, Siegfried is updating the site and developing an improvement plan to meet the new tenant's requirements and needs.
