For this project, Siegfried determined the chosen alignments and locations for the raw and treated water pipelines, right-of-ways, the construction corridor, and staging area easements. Siegfried also provided an analysis of the existing right-of-ways and easements of the levee, riverine waterways, sloughs, ditches, roadways, and utilities which were made based upon the preliminary title reports and existing record of surveys. Siegfried prepared the metes and bounds legal descriptions of the right-of-ways, easements, and permits to be acquired and continued to assist the City and consultants during the design phase for revisions, updates, and addendums.
