Siegfried provided landscape architecture and site planning services for the relocated 50,000 Square foot $42,000,000 Sutter Gould Medical Office Building in Modesto, California located on the corner of Coffee Road and Lucerne Avenue. The services through the phasing and construction process included planning and phasing logistical design, an entry water feature, healing gardens, water feature design, and on-site landscape planting and irrigation designs. The new medical building was constructed next to the existing building which was eventually demolished and converted into a new parking lot. Siegfried also master planned the site, provided designs for multiple off-site phased-in parking lots, and prepared a storm retention study that was intergrated into the landscape design solutions.
