Principal

Paul J. Schneider is recognized for his ability to take advantage of cutting edge technology in the production of major engineering projects and for his comprehensive engineering knowledge and technical skills. Mr. Schneider's expertise is directing and managing Siegfried Engineering's major land development projects, beginning from the acquisition of entitlements and conceptual master planning and continuing through the design of the infrastructure and improvement plans.

Mr. Schneider is held in high regard by colleagues and clients for his ability to solving complex construction and engineering problems as well as for his insightful and professional approach towards the success of major engineering projects. Mr. Schneider has been the head project engineer of SEI's high profile civil engineering projects in Stockton including:

Mr. Schneider is a graduate of local Lincoln High School and received a B.A. in Liberal Arts from St. Mary's College (Moraga) in 1998 and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of the Pacific in 1999. Mr. Schneider received his California Civil Engineering license in 2001 and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers. Mr. Schneider has been with SEI for 6 years and became a Principal of the company in 2006.

Providing surveying, civil engineering, and project management for 5,000 seat baseball stadium, 10,000 seat Ice Arena, parking structure, and adjacent future retail and hotel development.

Tracy Logistics Center,
Tracy, California.
Provided project management and engineering for master planning the streets, storm drainage, sanitary sewer system, water system, and grading of the 150-acre industrial park. Prepared road, lift station, and on-site improvement plans and specifications.

Robertson Road Area Improvements,
Stanislaus County, California.
Provided civil engineering, land surveying, master planning, and project management for the redevelopment of a 20-acre subdivision.

Stockton Cineplex,
Stockton, California.
Downtown redevelopment project that included major utility relocations and reconstruction. Provide civil, survey, and management.

Napa Hospice,
Napa, California.
Provided civil engineering, surveying, project management, and Caltrans permitting for the 3-acre Hospice development.
