Paul J. Schneider is recognized for his ability to take advantage of cutting edge technology in the production of major projects and for his comprehensive engineering knowledge and technical skills. His expertise is directing and managing Siegfried's major projects, beginning from inception and continuing through the design and construction phases.

Mr. Schneider is held in high regard by colleagues and clients for his ability to solving complex construction and engineering problems as well as for his insightful and professional approach towards the success of major projects. He has been the head project engineer of Siegfried's high profile civil engineering projects including:

  • Arena and Events Center
  • Cineplex and Hotel Stockton
  • The Stockton Record
  • SJRTD Transit Center and BRT Metro Express Stops
  • Sutter Gould Medical Center
  • Weber Avenue Beautification

Mr. Schneider is a graduate of local Lincoln High School and received a B.A. in Liberal Arts from St. Mary's College (Moraga) in 1998 and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of the Pacific in 1999. Mr. Schneider received his California Civil Engineering license in 2001 and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers. He has been with Siegfried for 12 years and became a Principal of the company in 2006.

Stockton Events Center,
Stockton, California.
Providing surveying, civil engineering and project management for 5,000 seat baseball stadium, 10,000 seat Ice Arena, parking structure and adjacent future retail and hotel development.

Army Corps Levee Erosion Survey,
Multi-County, California.
Siegfried has provided primarily surveying and project consultation for the 20 erosion sites and 4 bridge sites located from Rio Vista to Chico. The land and bathymetric data was gathered by our team and transformed into a 3D model and topographic survey which will be used for the modeling and design efforts.

Robertson Road Area Improvements,
Stanislaus County, California.
Provided civil engineering, land surveying, master planning and project management for the redevelopment of a 20-acre subdivision.

Stockton Cineplex,
Stockton, California.
Downtown redevelopment project that included major utility relocations and reconstruction. Provided civil, survey and project management.

Palo Alto Emergency Wells Project,
City of Palo Alto, California.
Siegfried was tasked with the preparation of the bridging documents and permitting for two new emergency supply wells. We provided civil, survey, permitting, project management and construction support services.
